The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the center of town and right next to the castle. the rooms are tastefully decorated and the en suite shower, rooms are clean. the staff is attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a selection of delicious options, including made, to, order eggs and a variety of bread, spreads, yogurt.
The wifi can be a bit weak in the rooms at times.

The hotel offered two free drinks upon arrival, which was a nice touch during the Christmas festivities. the location was great, just a short walk to the main attractions. Plus, the room had a nice view of the city, which was enjoyable.
The hotel had several shortcomings. the room was smaller than expected, and it wasn't very clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just next to the castle, providing a stunning view of the town and its surroundings. It was also conveniently located, only a 3-minute walk from downtown. The hotel staff, especially Branka, were attentive and helpful, offering assistance whenever I needed it. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were impressive. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, including made-to-order eggs and a variety of bread, spreads, yogurt, and juices.

During our Christmas stay at the hotel, we were impressed by the beautifully decorated interior that captured the holiday spirit. Another plus was the warm welcome given by the friendly staff that made us feel at home. The location, a short walk from the town center, added to the convenience and allowed us to explore the charming streets of the city. we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel with its comfortable beds and clean rooms.
The limited breakfast menu that didn't offer much variety beyond the standard choices. Another aspect we found disappointing was the noise level from the busy road outside that reached our room and disturbed our sleep at times.
